A "Kade" funny

Kade,

One of your favorite things about our amazing church is
that (if you're a kid) you get to go up to each of our preachers before service
to receive candy.  Last night, I saw you walk up to Preacher Paul
so excited to receive your tootsie roll.  As you turned around to walk
away, you decided you wanted to go back for (what I thought) was another piece of candy.
I told your dad, "Look, our son is up there panhandling the preacher."
I saw Paul start laughing, and I wondered what you had possibly
done to embarrass us this time...(like the time you tried to testify during service)...

Before service started, Preacher Paul came up to tell us that when he pulled out your candy
he had also pulled out some cash from his pocket.
You, sweet darling Kade, told him....
"Pweacher Paul... I tink I want the money."
What can I say, I've taught you well.

I love you sweet boy!

Thank you for making us laugh!

I nominated you for an award, check out my blog ;) PS Cute picture!

I began blogging several years ago in search of new friends who, like me, were having a difficult time getting pregnant. Five years, 2 miscarriages, 4 failed IUI's, and a doctor who told us "It will never happen" later, we are the proud parents of Kade and Kohen. They are each an example of God's absolute perfection. We thank God where medical intervention stops, Divine intervention begins.
